• As Paid Social Manager, you\'ll: Utilise data-driven insights to enhance campaign performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Oversee all aspects of account management and optimisation, including campaign structure, keyword research, bidding, ad copywriting, and testing.
• Continuously optimise campaigns to meet revenue and ROI targets.
• Conduct competitor research and analysis to inform strategy.
• Perform regular reporting and analysis to demonstrate impact and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Manage direct reports, provide training, and facilitate knowledge sharing across teams.

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing media activity from strategy to execution and evaluation across paid media.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and data analysis.
• Strong financial and analytical abilities, including budgeting and performance review.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear direction and guidance.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Self-motivated, driven, and adaptable in a dynamic, agile environment.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think outside the box and make key decisions early.
