A leading hospitality company in Camden Town is seeking an experienced bartender to deliver exceptional service and engage with guests. You will showcase Japanese cuisine and work in a dynamic team environment. The ideal candidate will have prior bar experience and a strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and sake. Flexibility in working hours is essential as the shifts will vary, including evenings and weekends.

Skills
As a bartender at The Aubrey, you will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of hospitality and service, engaging with guests, showcasing Japanese cuisine and drink pairings, and working in a fast‑paced environment behind the bar and on the floor.
- Deliver the highest standards of hospitality and service
- Be exposed to Japanese cuisine and food & drink pairings
- Engage with guests, get to know our regulars and deliver a memorable and enchanting experience
- Work behind the bar and serve on the floor in a fast‑paced environment that suits friendly and outgoing personalities
Work on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary but are mainly evening or late night shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, so flexibility is required.
To be a successful bartender candidate, you will have previous Bar experience in a high‑standard hospitality establishment with in‑depth knowledge of cocktails, wines, and sake.
