As a Customer Support Executive, you should have proven experience in customer service and/or sales, with the ability to meet and anticipate customer needs with a sense of urgency.
You should be target-driven, proactive in delivering outstanding service, and possess excellent phone, organizational, and preparation skills, along with a keen attention to detail. Willingness to make outbound prospecting calls to build customer relationships and generate repeat business is essential.
You must be able to multi-task, switch quickly between tasks, and be eager to learn and stay updated with complex, technical, or product information.
