Account Manager – 12 month Fixed-Term-Contract

Hybrid – occasional travel (2-3 times per month)

£28,000 - £30,000

40 hours per week Monday – Friday

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a rapidly growing software company. AutosOnShow was established in 2010 and is part of Constellation Group (formally BCA Marketplace), one of the UK’s largest automotive companies.

As an Account Manager and Onboarding Specialist, you will be working with some of the world’s best-known automotive brands. Your primary duties will be to enroll new customers onto our world leading vehicle imagery software, as well as maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers.

AutosOnShow is a successful global software development company providing video and imaging solutions to the automotive industry. The business is going through a period of rapid growth as company expands into global markets. AutosOnShow has won numerous awards for its video and imaging solutions, including Microsoft Innovation of the Year Award and Retail Week Digital Excellence Award.

Key Responsibilities


Build and maintain relationships with key customers and contacts
Facilitate customer reviews
Support an established sales team to maintain and manage the onboarding experience
Ensure effective communication both internally and externally
Support change requests within an established framework to fully meet customer requirements
Support projects with internal teams to ensure successful delivery to meet deadlines
Work closely with service delivery teams to maintain an exceptional customer service experience
Create and update internal documentation and wiki guides


Key Skills


Experience of working within an account management role
Some commercial experience or working successfully with, customer services, sales or account management teams
Experienced at forming strong and trusted relationships with customers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organisational skills
Commercial experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Full driving license


Advantageous but not essential:


Experience of working within video, imagery & software
Experience of working within the automotive sector
Second European language
Basic understanding of SFTP, APIs and on-line storage
