Job description

Your duties will include:

  1. Delivering an exciting and exceptional customer sales experience throughout the process.
  2. Actively engaging with each customer interaction to nurture interest in the company's products and services.
  3. Providing exceptional service by implementing the company's Customer Follow-Up and Prospecting systems to create appointments that lead to additional sales opportunities.
  4. Ensuring timely and effective follow-up of inquiries and leads from prospecting activities.
  5. Developing your skills and product knowledge through training and building genuine empathy with the brand.
  6. Communicating effectively with Sales and Retail Managers, and the Sales Teams.
  7. Answering incoming customer calls within 6 seconds, addressing their inquiries or transferring calls as appropriate, and creating callback requests if the relevant staff are unavailable.
  8. Calling back missed or abandoned calls promptly.
  9. Completing the prescribed minimum outbound calls daily, depending on your working hours.

Your profile:

As a Customer Support Executive, you should have proven experience in customer service and/or sales, with the ability to meet and anticipate customer needs with a sense of urgency.

You should be target-driven, proactive in delivering outstanding service, and possess excellent phone, organizational, and preparation skills, along with a keen attention to detail. Willingness to make outbound prospecting calls to build customer relationships and generate repeat business is essential.

You must be able to multi-task, switch quickly between tasks, and be eager to learn and stay updated with complex, technical, or product information.

Working Hours: (Average 24.25 hours per week)

  • Monday 10 am - 6 pm
  • Tuesday 10 am - 6 pm
  • Wednesday 8 am - 1 pm
  • Every other Saturday 8 am - 5 pm
