This is a lovely role for a FRENCH speaker who likes customer care and is based around the READING area. There will be full training provided in this position and plenty of opportunity to grow your responsibilities and move up in the organisation if you have a talent for looking after customers. The company is within the automotive sector and you will deal with plenty of classic inbound calls. The team you will be joining is award-winning and really cares about its customers, and you will be expected to take your time with each call, listen to the caller, make helpful suggestions, and generally be very supportive. There is a strong admin component in this role, which makes it more varied, and the team is friendly and warm.

Job Title: FRENCH-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

Salary: £27,000 plus excellent benefits

Location: Reading (Hybrid work available after training)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

Huge US business within the car sector. The company creates nifty gadgets that are used globally within the automotive trade, and these are very exciting and innovative products to work with. You will get full training on all products so that the advice you give is a genuine solution to a problem. The team is international and highly regarded.

The Role:

You will support automotive dealerships in France and will be the frontline representative of the company. This is an inbound role.

There are two key elements to this role: 1) customer care 2) logistics admin

DUTIES

  • Take inbound customer care calls
  • Help solve technical issues (logging on, new passwords, configuring laptops/PCs, etc.)
  • Take time to communicate clearly with customers
  • Provide technical support to the car dealership community
  • Identify and resolve problems and determine which piece of equipment is faulty

Logistics admin:

  • Arrange delivery of the loan equipment
  • Liaise with technology/equipment suppliers for the delivery of new equipment
  • Communicate with installers to set up
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate supplier where necessary
  • Chase customers for the return of loan equipment
