1. Experience managing a PnL of over 200M USD.

5. Deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
7. Successful track record in developing and executing business strategies.
8. Experience working in cross-functional, matrix team environments.
