Job summary
A leading AV services company in North Hertfordshire is looking for an experienced professional to develop and maintain client relationships. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the fast-paced AV events industry, providing in-depth product knowledge and preparing detailed client proposals. Responsibilities include conducting client visits, collaborating with management on new business opportunities, and ensuring a superior customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing client portfolios in the AV events industry.
- Professional approach to client management.
- Ability to deliver a superior customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain exceptional working relationships with clients.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of AV services to clients.
- Prepare and present client quotations tailored to specific needs.
- Conduct client visits and site inspections.
- Collaborate with management to identify new markets.
