A leading AV services company in North Hertfordshire is looking for an experienced professional to develop and maintain client relationships. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the fast-paced AV events industry, providing in-depth product knowledge and preparing detailed client proposals. Responsibilities include conducting client visits, collaborating with management on new business opportunities, and ensuring a superior customer experience.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain exceptional working relationships with clients, understanding their needs.
Provide in-depth knowledge of AV services to clients.
Prepare and present detailed client quotations and proposals tailored to specific requirements.
Conduct client visits and site inspections.
Collaborate with senior management and Directors to identify new markets and client opportunities.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience managing client portfolios in the fast-paced AV events industry.
Education & Professionalism: Strong background with a professional approach to client management.
Client-Centered: Ability to understand and anticipate client needs, delivering a superior customer experience.
