Established and highly respected in their field for over 30 years, this company sources ethically produced products from countries all over the world and brings them to the shelves of the largest global food retailers. With an order book of £100m, this company is looking for driven graduates who are keen to launch their careers with fantastic commercial exposure.

As a national account executive, you will report into the sales team, taking sole responsibility for managing and growing sales across new and existing accounts. You will be responsible for building and maintaining fundamental customer relationships, providing an opportunity to build a credible and long-term career within the business.

1. Identifying new business opportunities, following these up, and securing new lines.
2. Building and managing strong relationships with customer contacts across all functions: sales, supply chain, technical, product development, merchandising.
3. Working with the internal procurement team on new and existing business, constantly assessing the market for buying opportunities for your customers.
4. Collaborating with the category insight manager and marketing manager on customer presentations utilizing IRI and internal data.
5. Proactively managing customer stock levels in coordination with the internal supply chain team.
6. Managing and reporting sales and contract balances.

Base salary of £35K - £45K + Bonuses + Perks

1. Postgraduate work experience in a commercial or relationship-driven role.
2. Experience in FMCG would be particularly advantageous.
