A property finance specialist is looking for a Business Development Manager to work fully remotely. The role involves sourcing new business opportunities and managing relationships in bridging finance. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and negotiation skills, as well as proven experience in the UK bridging finance market. Excellent communication abilities and a relevant degree are preferred but not essential.

This is a position for a Business Development Manager in Bridging Finance on a fully remote basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating new business opportunities, managing and growing introducer relationships, presenting and structuring finance deals, and overseeing the process from initial enquiry through to completion. The role involves proactive networking, strategic business development, and ensuring a high level of service and communication throughout the client journey.
