A leading youth organization in England is looking for someone passionate about youth work to support planning and delivery of activities for young people aged 9-18. This part-time role (10 hours/week) involves building positive relationships, delivering engaging sessions, and maintaining attendance records. Reporting to the Senior Youth Development Worker, you will support the planning and delivery of a range of youth work activities. This is a hands-on role working directly with young people, helping to create welcoming, fun and meaningful sessions that reflect the YMCA Youth Work Strategy and Principles.
