Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in UK health & social care, ideally supporting young people.
• Experience with mental health, trauma, substance misuse, or care leavers.
• Understanding of the challenges within the homelessness sector.
• A valid, enhanced DBS on the update service.
• Proof of right to work in the UK.
• Up-to-date training certificates and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Offer emotional support and guidance to young people facing life’s challenges.
• Carry out well-being checks and ensure the safety of individuals in care.
• Assist with daily routines to promote independence.
