• Minimum of 6 months' experience in a similar setting.
• Right to Work in the UK is required.
• In-date PMVA or Team Teach certificate needed.
• Enhanced Child DBS subscribed to the Update Service, or willingness to obtain.
• 2 professional and 1 character reference required.

Responsibilities

• Provide encouragement, understanding, and patience to young people.
• Work closely with Care Management Team and external agencies.
• Maintain accurate daily logs and reports.
• Offer a range of flexible shift options.
