Location: Woking and Surrounding Areas
Salary: £101.40 – £115 per day | Term-time | Immediate and January starts

I’m Farhad at Milk Education, and I’m working with secondary schools in Woking to find graduates with backgrounds in Criminology, Psychology, or Sociology to support students at risk of exclusion or challenging circumstances.

In this role, you’ll:

Mentor and guide students facing behavioural or social challenges

Support classroom learning and positive behaviour strategies

Promote resilience, motivation, and personal growth

Gain experience relevant to careers in Youth Justice, Social Work, or Child Protection

What I’m looking for:

Degree in Criminology, Psychology, or related field

Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills
