Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 21 years old.
• Full UK driving license is preferable but not essential.
• No prior experience necessary, commitment and passion for working with young people is essential.
• Must be available for sleep-in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional support during challenging times.
• Foster ambition in young people and assist them in achieving their goals.
• Offer support in the educational pursuits of young individuals.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare written reports.
• Empower young people to participate in decision-making.
• Act as an advocate in meetings for the young person.
• Encourage community engagement and attend off-site activities.
• Organize social activities and maintain the home.
