A local authority in Barnsley is seeking a Youth Operations Manager to oversee its youth services and programmes. This role includes leading the Youth Voice and Participation Team to ensure high standards of quality and impact. The position is vital for empowering young people through social participation and development opportunities. You'll be managing staff and logistical planning while focusing on safeguarding and positive outcomes for youth. This is a fixed-term contract until July 31, 2027.
