About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• As Youth Operations Manager, oversee the day-to-day operations of our youth services and programmes, specifically leading the Youth Voice and Participation Team within our wider service to ensure delivery meets the highest standards of quality and impact.
• Manage staff, budgets, and logistical planning, all while maintaining a focus on safeguarding and positive outcomes for young people and the expectations of our stakeholders and partners.
• Contract type: Fixed term until 31.7.2027 to cover the secondment of the current postholder(s).
