Job description
Youth Justice Officer, Lambeth

This practitioner role is responsible for the delivery and coordination of Restorative Justice and victim liaison activity as part of a multi‑agency team. The position will contribute to repairing harm caused by children and young people, facilitating resolution between victims and young people, and increasing victim satisfaction, community confidence, and positive outcomes that reduce reoffending.

The post holder will develop, manage, and oversee the implementation and operation of Referral Orders and Referral Order Panels within Lambeth, including the facilitation of victim participation in restorative processes. This will include initiating contact with victims, assessing needs, supporting informed choice around involvement, coordinating and facilitating Restorative Justice interventions, and ensuring needs‑led support throughout the process.

£34.29 per hour.
