• Experience of working with vulnerable children and young adults.
• Proven knowledge of key needs and services for relevant customer group.
• Some knowledge of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to encourage young people to maximise their potential and independence.
• Establish professional relationships with customers to promote independence.
• Assist customers in understanding and planning their support package.

Skills

Experience of working with vulnerable children and young adults

Good communication skills

Driving Licence and access to your own Vehicle

Good understanding of written and spoken English

Ability to keep accurate records
