Qualifications

• Proven experience of supporting or mentoring young people aged 16–19.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and welfare practices.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners.

Responsibilities

• Engage with referral partners and employers to recruit and support learners.
• Mentor young people to develop employability and life skills.
• Source and monitor safe work placements for learners.
• Conduct progress reviews and assess development needs.
