About the Role

As a Year 5 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, well‑structured lessons that support and challenge students as they approach the transition to Key Stage 2. Key Responsibilities

• Planning, preparing, and delivering high‑quality lessons that engage and inspire Year 5 students.
• Assessing and tracking the progress of students, providing constructive feedback and tailored support.
• Supporting students in their social, emotional, and academic development, ensuring their well‑being is a priority.
• Collaborating with fellow teachers and staff to plan and implement a broad, balanced, and challenging curriculum.
• Encouraging a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting high standards of behaviour and learning.
• Communicating effectively with parents and carers to ensure strong home‑school partnerships.
