URGENT Year 4 Teacher Long-Term Cover

Location: Manchester (M11)
Contract: Long-term supply January to July
Salary: £600 - £800 per week (dependent on experience)

Vision for Education are working closely with a welcoming primary school in the M11 area of Manchester who are seeking an experienced Year 4 Teacher to cover a long-term role from January through to July.

The school are looking for a confident and consistent practitioner with a strong behaviour management background, who can establish high expectations and provide stability for the class across the academic year.

About the Role
  • Full class responsibility for a Year 4 class

  • Long-term cover from January to July

  • Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum

  • Implementing the school s behaviour policy consistently and effectively

  • Supporting pupils of mixed abilities and ensuring good progress

  • Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, staff, and parents

Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Good experience teaching in KS2, ideally Year 4

  • A strong and proven behaviour management skillset

  • Ability to build positive relationships quickly

  • Reliable, professional, and committed to seeing the placement through
