Year 4 Teacher – Rugeley
Contract Type: Full-time

Smile Education are proud to be supporting a welcoming primary school in Rugeley who are looking for a passionate Year 4 Teacher to join their dedicated team.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Assess, track, and report on pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child’s learning journey.
  • Foster a love of learning, resilience, and independence in every pupil.
About You
  • A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent).
  • Experienced in teaching KS2, ideally Year 4.
  • Passionate about inspiring young minds and raising attainment.
  • Strong in classroom management with excellent communication skills.
