Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, deliver and assess high-quality lessons for Year 4
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
  • Support pupils’ learning, progress and wellbeing
  • Demonstrate strong behaviour management and adaptability
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to school life
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential
  • Previous teaching experience, ideally within KS2 / Year 4
  • Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
  • A genuine passion for teaching and supporting young learners
  • Flexibility, resilience, and a proactive approach
