Location: Failsworth, Manchester
Salary: £31,650 - £45,350 per annum (MPS/UPS)
Hours: Monday-Friday, Full Time

Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Until at least Summer 2026

A thriving three-form entry primary school in Failsworth is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 2 Teacher to join their team from January 2026. This is a long-term position until at least the summer term, offering the chance to work within a collaborative and forward-thinking school community.

Role Overview

As the Year 2 Class Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that inspire a love of learning and ensure pupils make excellent progress across the curriculum. You will work closely with other class teachers to share ideas, resources, and best practice, with strong support from senior leadership and teaching assistants.
