Yard Operative - Aldridge

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm (with some weekend work required)

We are currently seeking a Yard Operative to join our client in Aldridge. This is a hands-on role working outdoors in all weather conditions, so physical fitness and a positive, motivated attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and repairing portable toilets (training provided - willingness to learn is essential)
• General yard maintenance: sweeping, digging, weeding, emptying bins, and other duties as required
• Working as part of a small team as well as independently
• Following instructions from supervisors and working efficiently

Requirements:

• Comfortable working outdoors 100% of the time
• Physically fit and able to be on your feet all day
• Keen to learn and take on training/courses provided
• Reliable, efficient, and proactive with a positive outlook
