Job summary

A leading staffing agency in the UK is seeking a Workshop Technician with FLT to join a client's team on a temp-to-perm contract. The role involves maintaining and repairing various products, using power tools safely, and ensuring a clean workshop environment. Candidates must have a valid FLT Counterbalance licence and experience with power tools. This position offers a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:30. Competitive hourly pay of £14.00.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid in date FLT Counterbalance licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited).
• Experience using power tools.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain/Repair of various products including various panels, boards and accessories.
• Cutting and repairing various products using band saws.
• Safely operate power tools and hand tools.
• Ensure the workshop area is clean, tidy, and hazard free.
• Move/locate/load/unload stock using FLT.

We are currently seeking a Workshop Technician with FLT to join our client's team on a temp – permanent contract.

Responsibilities

• Maintain/Repair of various products including various panels, boards and accessories.
• Cutting and repairing various products using band saws.
• Safety operate power tools and hand tools.
• Ensure the workshop area is always clean and tidy and hazard free.
• Moving/locating/loading/unloading stock using FLT
