Role Overview We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Workshop Technician to join our growing team.

This position is ideal for a self-motivated professional who values precision, takes pride in their work, and is eager to develop within an innovative and forward-thinking organization.

Full training will be provided to support your growth and success.

Key Responsibilities Repair and refurbish printers used in the retail sector.

Service and repair electronic devices, including barcode readers, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and chip-and-pin payment devices.

Diagnose and repair mechanical assemblies and POS terminals.

Disassemble, clean, repair or replace components, reassemble, calibrate, and test equipment.

Manage spare parts inventory using our IT database system.

Perform quality control testing to ensure compliance with company standards.

Skills and Experience Skilled in using small hand tools and soldering equipment, with strong attention to detail.

Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Previous experience in electro-mechanical repairs is advantageous.

Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

Comfortable using manufacturer-specific calibration programs (training provided).

Contract Details Average 40 hours per week (Week 1 : 42 hours; Week 2 : 38 hours) with early finish every other Friday at 12 : 00.

20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
