Join our dynamic team as a Workshop LV Technician/MOT Tester in the heart of Rotherham. This ongoing full-time position offers you the chance to be an integral part of the RMBC Workshop Maintenance team, contributing to the success of our in-house operations. Located in Hellaby, you will play a key role in maintaining a fleet of over 200 vehicles and grounds maintenance machinery, ensuring our services remain top-notch as an Approved MOT Centre. Responsibilities

• Conduct up to 8 MOT/Taxi Compliance tests daily, maintaining DVSA standards.
• Diagnose faults and conduct maintenance, inspections, and repairs on a diverse range of vehicles.
• Prepare and present vehicles for annual MOT inspections.
• Perform periodic safety inspections per DVSA guidelines.
• Troubleshoot complex hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems using advanced diagnostic technology.
• Input data into the Taxi compliance database.
• Attend to broken down or accident-damaged vehicles for repairs.
• Undertake pre-delivery inspections and decommissioning of fleet vehicles.
