Workshop Fitter (Heat Exchangers)

Are you mechanically minded and confident using hand tools, looking to join a well-established manufacturer where you'll receive training and long-term job security?

Do you want to work in a hands-on role assembling and testing bespoke heat exchanger products for a wide variety of industries, with opportunities to develop your skills further?

On offer is the chance to join a leading designer, manufacturer, and distributor of heat exchangers. You'll be part of a busy factory team, carrying out mechanical assembly, testing, and packing of products before despatch, as well as occasional site service visits. With full training provided and excellent company benefits, this is an ideal role for someone practical, reliable, and looking to build a long-term career.

The Role

  • Mechanical assembly of heat exchanger products and associated packages
  • Pipe fitting, drilling, sawing, and general tool work
  • Product pressure testing and quality checks
  • Packing goods for despatch and overseeing shipments
  • Loading/unloading deliveries (using forklift if licensed)
  • Occasional site service visits and local deliveries using company vehicles

The Person

  • Mechanical fitting/assembly experience
  • Competent with hand tools and power tools
  • Forklift Truck License (Advantageous)
