What you'll be doing
  • Diagnosing and repairing PCs, laptops, printers, and EPOS/point‑of‑sale systems
  • Following workshop procedures and safety/ESD standards
  • Managing your own workload and hitting quality targets
  • Completing all documentation and system updates accurately
  • Collaborating with your Senior Engineer to keep priorities on track
  • Staying up to date with new technology through ongoing training
  • Supporting continuous improvement and delivering top‑tier service
What we're looking for
Must‑haves:
  • Strong hardware repair experience (PCs, laptops, printers)
  • Confident fault‑finding skills, especially with EPOS equipment
  • Previous workshop experience
  • Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently
  • Great communication skills and high attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic, proactive attitude with solid time management
