  • Coaching and supporting the Technicians with both technical and administrative issues
  • Coordinating the improvement work in the workshop by following up what takes place in the workshop
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively, which means to listen actively and to formulate clear questions and give clear answers
  • Ability to make the team take ownership of their own performance and development
  • Have the ability to build transparency, trust and commitment between the different departments (workshop, parts and sales)

  • Basic knowledge of the whole customer service process including parts and sales
  • Well suited for both identifying problems at root cause as well as planning the action to eliminate the problem
  • Have the ability to create commitment and describe how the path to the goal looks like
  • Willingness and understanding why to delegate responsibilities (delegate in order for the team to develop)
  • Willingness to change and improve as part of the daily work
