Qualifications

  • Motor Industry experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Strong industry knowledge is required.
  • Experience in a main dealer environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day to day running of the workshop.
  • Ensure the service and repair technicians achieve their targets.
  • Assist service managers in providing the best service.

Working in our aftersales department as a Workshop Controller you will be a key part of the Retail Centre. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills to deal with customers face to face or over the phone, providing an outstanding customer service to all customers.

What you’ll do day to day
  • Responsible for the day to day running of the workshop

  • Assisting the service managers in ensuring the department provides the best possible service to the customers
