A reputable recruitment agency is seeking a Workshop and Warranty Administrator for a full-time position in Worksopp. The successful candidate will coordinate service bookings, maintain records, and ensure warranty claims are processed accurately within a leading UK company specializing in waste management vehicles. Ideal candidates will have strong administration and customer service skills, with HGV experience preferred. Benefits include a competitive salary, company pension, and cycle to work scheme.
We are working on behalf of our prestigious client, who have been in business since the early 1900’s and they are the UK’s market leader in the manufacture of waste management vehicles. Their famous brand name is seen on the front of leading waste management companies cabs everyday across the United Kingdom’s streets.
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, and dynamic multi-disciplined Workshop and Warranty Administrator to join their Worksopp-based team.
Hours – 35.5 hours per week, between 08:30 and 16:30 (Mon to Thurs) and 08:30 – 14:30 on Friday.
Salary – up to £24,000 per year DOE.
To provide a key role in the efficient running of workshop operations, ensuring warranty claims are processed accurately and efficiently.
Request assistance when task is outside ability, skill level or training experience.
Customer care – use all reasonable endeavors to provide the best possible service to our customers.
Comply with all company H&S procedures and policies.
Risk assessment and ensure safe working practices are being carried out at all times.
Actively encourage the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Highlight possible areas of risk and assist/report any potential hazards.
Responsible for the management, compliance and upkeep of the quality & environmental procedures, records, and documents relevant to the role.
