Works / Operations Manager

Rayden Engineering Ltd is a Mechanical & Civil Engineering Company, based in the East Midlands of England; and specialising in the pre-fabrication, welding and installation of pipework systems of a wide variety of alloys. We are also involved in the installation of : Cross-country Pipelines and Pipeline Diversions (up to 42 ) and Above Ground Installations (AGIs). We are currently executing major contracts nationwide for major oil & gas companies that include AGIs, pipelines and major civil works. Our continued success and growth over the past number of years now necessitates the appointment of a Works / Operation Manager.

Role

Based at our Head Office facility, the works manager will be responsible for managing all operations within the fabrication side of the business, both structural steel and pipework.

You will also assist in the pre-construction and estimating phases of projects.

You will work closely with the management team to maintain and develop business relationships with clients, designers and sub-contractors.
