As our Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will be an essential part of a dynamic and dedicated Workplace Experience Team committed to delivering an exceptional day-to-day experience for all employees, visitors, and guests. You\'ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment that reflects our company culture and values. In this role, you will handle a wide variety of responsibilities that directly impact the overall workplace experience – from coordinating meeting spaces and managing office logistics to organizing social events and building networks within the local community. You\'ll work closely with departments including HR, the Global Workplace Experience Team, Employer Branding, and IT to deliver a seamless and engaging workplace experience. Responsibilities
  • Office Operations & Logistics: Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure spaces are well-prepared and presentable.
  • Office supplies, groceries, and related orders: Manage and track related expenses.
  • Day-to-day office running: Support operations to ensure the office always looks its best and reflects our brand.
  • Culture & Engagement: Organize social events and activities to foster connection and fun in the workplace.
  • Culture & Engagement: Build strong relationships across teams and act as a role model for our values and culture.
  • Internal communications: Support, including preparing slides for weekly staff meetings and sharing updates with the team.
  • Health, Safety & Wellbeing: Take responsibility for health and safety at the Leeds office, ensuring compliance with workplace requirements.
  • Health, Safety & Wellbeing: Promote wellbeing initiatives and create an environment where employees feel supported.
  • Local Networking & Brand Building: Build networks within the Leeds business community, attend local networking events, and help create our local brand presence.
  • Local Networking & Brand Building: Develop relationships with local suppliers for staff discounts, perks, and collaborations.
  • Wider People Team Support: Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects to support the UK People Team as required.

  • Knowledge: Knowledge of basic workplace health and safety protocols.
  • Experience: Event planning or internal communications experience.
