Workplace Assessor
Location: Gaysham Avenue, Ilford, IG2 6TD
Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 5+ Months
Working Hours: Mon Fri, 09 00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 27.74 Per Hour

Job Responsibilities
  • Support candidates with effective feedback.

  • Plan and conduct workplace assessments.

  • Monitor and support candidate progress.

  • Manage your own schedule and travel to different workplaces.

  • Create and update assessment plans with learners.

  • Assess evidence according to qualification standards.

  • Provide ongoing support and reviews.

  • Adapt assessments for learners with special needs.

  • Give detailed and timely feedback on assessments.

  • Help candidates improve their English and math skills.

  • Maintain accurate assessment records.

  • Report candidate progress to the Program Manager.

  • Work with class tutors as needed.

  • Follow procedures for complaints and appeals.

  • Collaborate with internal quality assurance teams.

  • Stay updated on occupational and technical expertise.

  • Participate in performance reviews and professional development.

  • Follow all policies and procedures.

  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection laws.

  • Promote the welfare of all learners.

  • Represent the Institute positively in all interactions.

Person Specifications
  • Must Have:
