Overview

As a Working Supervisor, you'll be working within the Kier team, supporting them in delivering high-quality maintenance services across the customer's estate. Your day to day will include:

• Managing Kier engineers and subcontractors
• Overseeing reactive, planned preventive maintenance (PPM), and quoted works
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining accurate asset records
• You're experienced in hard services and understand industry standard contracts
• You're experienced in relationship management and have excellent communication skills
• You're a motivated, self-driven team player with a passion for service excellence
