Working Foreman / Skilled Landscaper

Start Date: January 2026
Location: Office based in Wandsworth, with projects across London and occasional sites outside London

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Working Foreman / Skilled Landscaper to join our growing team. This is a hands‑on position, working on the tools daily while also overseeing site teams and ensuring that all health & safety and project paperwork is completed to a high standard.

You will take a lead role on a variety of large‑scale landscaping projects, including groundworks, stonework, concrete formwork, and all aspects of hard landscaping.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of landscapers on site
• Carry out skilled landscaping tasks, including paving, stone laying, setting levels from drawings, and general hard landscaping
• Ensure all works are delivered to specification, on time, and to the highest quality
• Complete site paperwork, RAMS, and health & safety checks where required
• Act as a point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication and professionalism
• Support project delivery from start to finish

• SMSTS
• First Aid
• CSCS Blue Card
• Full UK Driver's Licence
