A construction company in North Kesteven is seeking a Working Foreman to oversee minor construction projects. The ideal candidate will have trade experience, strong people skills, and the ability to manage a site team. This full-time role involves travel across Lincolnshire and offers competitive benefits including a company vehicle and opportunities for training and development.
Our Lindum BMS (Building Maintenance Services) division specialises in new build and refurbishment construction projects up to £2m, as well as planned and reactive minor works and maintenance jobs in the Lincoln area and surrounding regions. An opportunity has arisen for a Working Foreman to join our busy minor works team, responsible for directly supervising minor construction projects such as small extensions, internal and external refurbishment works, re-roofs, drainage, civils and tarmac projects.
Whilst supervisory experience is preferred, applications will also be accepted from experienced tradespeople with the right skills, who are looking to take the next step in their career into a supervisory role.

The position is full time (45 hours per week). Hours of work are 7.30am to 5.00pm. Occasional overtime may also be required. A driving licence is essential for the role as you will be working on jobs around the Lincolnshire area (up to an hour from our head office in Lincoln ).
