A retail pharmacy based in Greater London is seeking Workforce Coordinators for a 12-month Secondment. This role requires a strong understanding of store structures and models, alongside analytical and numerical competencies. Responsibilities include supporting data integrity, modeling payroll savings, and creating insightful reports. The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience and a degree. Boots have the capacity to recruit 2x Workforce Coordinators on a 12-month Secondment. This is a critical strategic and tactical role to support, maintain and develop the stores salary model (ACI). Supporting the Workforce Analysts with a broad mix of technical ability and insight. A knowledge of analytical tools and numerate thinking is a must. Detail-oriented, and the ability to validate large data sources using Excel and other suitable tools. You are able to explain the complexities of the data to our field teams as the role also supports our helpdesk facilities.
