A health services organization based in Exeter is seeking a Workforce Business Administrator on a part-time, fixed-term basis. The role involves maintaining databases, supporting recruitment activities, and assisting in governance reporting. We are delighted to be recruiting a Workforce Business Administrator (Band 4). This role is offered on a fixed‑term basis (6 months) and is a part‑time opportunity (0.8WTE). This role will support collating data and information relating to Workforce for governance reports, assisting Managers with progressing recruitment activity including scheduling and coordinating recruitment processes and maintaining various databases.
