Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Test Lead on large-scale Workday or ERP implementation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end test strategy for the Workday implementation.
• Lead all phases of testing including Unit, Integration, User Acceptance, and Regression testing.
• Provide regular test progress reports, metrics, and dashboards to senior stakeholders.
