You will collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions, ensuring usability and impact across the organisation. You will contribute to sprint planning, story creation, and cross‑functional delivery, while maintaining a clear, non‑technical communication style that resonates with business users. You will also engage with consultancy partners and niche agencies to source best‑fit solutions in a challenging shape market.
