A leading sports organization in the UK is seeking an HR Project and Data Analyst to support the HR team during a transformation project. The role involves data collation and entry, supporting the implementation of a new HR system, and working in a hybrid model. The ideal candidate has experience managing HR data, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of HR processes. Competitive salary and good benefits offered.
We are looking for an HR Project and Data Analyst with excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of HR data integrity to support the HR team during an organisation-wide transformation project.
This role will initially focus on manual data collation and data entry within our current HR system, PeopleXD, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date. As the project progresses, you will support the HR Project Manager with the implementation of our new HR system, Workday, reviewing and evaluating data quality to inform new HR and business-wide processes.
We operate a hybrid working policy, and the individual in this role will be required on site a minimum of two days per week to support effective collaboration with the HR team and key stakeholders.
We are looking for someone who can start in January 2026.

Currently, we are working within a hybrid working model whereby the expectation is to work from your contractual location for part of the week, and as and when required by the team. The remaining days can be worked remotely. We will continue to monitor this model, and it may be adjusted in future if deemed necessary.
