Job Title: Workday HCM Functional Consultant

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Workday HCM Functional Consultant to support our global client on an initial 6 month contract paying Inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday HCM Core modules
• Lead and support Workday implementations and enhancements
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional designs
• Provide functional expertise across Recruiting and Talent modules
• Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations (nice to have)

Required Experience

• Strong hands‑on experience with Workday HCM Core
• Experience across Recruiting and Talent modules
• Proven background as a Workday Functional Consultant
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Workday integrations
• Workday certifications (preferred but not essential)

Hybrid - 2 days a week in the London office
