A creative technology agency in the UK seeks a full-time WordPress Web Developer to join its team. The role involves developing and maintaining WordPress websites while demonstrating great attention to detail and high technical ability. Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience in WordPress development and be proficient in PHP, HTML, CSS, and Javascript. The position allows for remote work in the UK with occasional office presence in Woolpit.

Due to continued growth and a healthy pipeline of exciting projects, we are seeking a full-time WordPress Web Developer to join our award-winning team. In line with our company values, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate a forward‑thinking and positive outlook, show great attention to detail, and be able to demonstrate high levels of technical ability. Furthermore, they should be able to confidently and professionally take tasks through from concept to completion ensuring that their solutions have been clearly defined, efficiently coded and suitably tested / quality assured.
We specialise in building WordPress Multisites, WooCommerce sites and integrating WordPress with other business systems (Salesforce, Sage, Hubspot etc). We build long‑term partnerships with our clients, who range from ambitious SMEs to multinationals and global groups.
As such, the successful candidate will be expected to help maintain, support and further develop our clients’ websites as part of our Digital Team, which includes developers, designers, account managers and digital marketers. There will also be opportunities to work on new WordPress websites and web applications / online systems, for both new and existing clients.
Our studio is based in Woolpit, Suffolk IP30 9QS. Whilst this is a remote role, applicants must live in the UK and work in our Woolpit office 1‑2 days per month.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience of developing WordPress themes, plugins and websites inline with WordPress’ own coding standards preferably within an agency or similar, fast‑paced, environment. As such they will be highly proficient in the following languages and technologies:
