A manufacturing company in Shefford is seeking a skilled Mould Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair moulds for production. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and fabrication skills, including MIG and TIG welding experience. This role requires a proactive team player who is also self-motivated and committed to continuous improvement. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mould Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair our extensive portfolio of moulds, ensuring they’re ready for production when needed. Working at rotating shift pattern of Monday to Friday 6 : 00am to 2 : 00pm and 8 : 00am to 4 : 00pm, totaling 37.5 hours per week.
