• 5+ years of experience in Wills & Probate or relevant legal practice.
• Current Practising Certificate required.
• Strong communication and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of Wills, LPAs, and Probate.
• Handle cases from initial instruction through to completion.
• Prepare and draft legal documents.
• Advise clients and respond to new enquiries.
