Qualifications

• Extensive experience serving as an environmental technical resource, program specialist, or project manager.
• Knowledge of ASTM Phase I standards and environmental protocols.
• Experience in developing and implementing standards, policies, and programs.

Responsibilities

• Support transaction teams with Amazon’s due diligence program.
• Complete reviews of environmental site assessments.
• Evaluate potential exposure risks from building materials.
• Scope and manage Phase II site investigations.
• Perform Vapor Intrusion Screenings and Health Risk Assessments.
